Terms of service

Last updated 2 October 2026

These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Dust Shack Ltd, trading as appFabrication. Dust Shack Ltd is registered in England and Wales (company number 12425976), and its registered office is Unit 13-15 Tir Llwyd Industrial Estate, St Asaph Avenue, Rhyl, LL18 5JA. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Dust Shack Ltd. They cover your use of ProdBord. By creating an account, or installing ProdBord through Shopify, you agree to them. If you use ProdBord for a business, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.

ProdBord is made for businesses. You must be 18 or over to use it.

The service

ProdBord is a production board for tracking the orders and jobs you make. It reads orders from Shopify and Etsy if you connect them, and lets you add jobs yourself. It doesn’t change, fulfil or ship orders in Shopify or Etsy; you remain responsible for fulfilling your orders.

We keep improving ProdBord, so features may change. We won’t remove a core feature you rely on without telling you in advance where we reasonably can.

Using Shopify or Etsy with ProdBord is also subject to their own terms. We’re not responsible for their services, and features that depend on them may stop working if they change or withdraw access.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You’re responsible for what happens in your workspace. Give us accurate details and keep your email address up to date, because we use it for security and billing messages.

Your data

Your orders, jobs, notes and settings remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide ProdBord to you. How we handle personal data, including your customers’ details, is set out in the privacy policy.

ProdBord deletes completed and removed jobs after 30 days, and closed workspaces after 30 days, as described in the help centre. It isn’t an archive. Keep your own copy of anything you need long term.

Using ProdBord properly

Don’t use ProdBord to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to try to get into other people’s workspaces, to interfere with the service or to reverse-engineer it. We may suspend an account that does any of these things, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

Trials, fees and payment

Direct: ProdBord is billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe, at the price shown before you subscribe. Your first subscription includes a free trial, and each account gets one. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your first payment is taken then. If a payment fails, access continues while Stripe retries, and the Production Board stops if payment still can’t be taken.

Through Shopify: ProdBord is billed by Shopify on your Shopify bill, under Shopify’s billing terms, at the price shown when you approve the charge.

Prices are in US dollars. If we change the price, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

Cancelling and ending

Direct: choose Leave in Settings at any time. You won’t be charged again and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your workspace closes. Paid time isn’t refunded, except where the law requires it. If you choose to delete everything now, your subscription ends immediately without a refund.

Through Shopify: uninstall ProdBord from your Shopify admin.

We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we stop providing ProdBord. If we stop providing it, we’ll give you reasonable notice so you can keep a copy of what you need.

Our responsibility to you

ProdBord is a tool for planning and tracking your production. It shows what you and your sales channels have given it. You remain responsible for your production: what you make, when you make it, its quality, your materials, your stock and fulfilling your orders on time.

We provide ProdBord “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suited to every way of working, and we don’t give any warranty that isn’t set out in these terms, to the extent the law allows.

We are not liable for:

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or connected with ProdBord, whether in contract, negligence or otherwise, is limited to the total fees you paid us for ProdBord in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

General

We may update these terms. We’ll tell account holders about significant changes by email before they take effect. If you keep using ProdBord after that, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any dispute.
